No need finished fast. It’s better that u read correctly.
a way to memorize my teacher taught me. first, listen to your ayat multiple times until you can read it properly smoothly, any reciter is fine. next, read the ayat 3 times. now say it without looking 3 times, if you havent memorized the ayat, repeat the process
